About The Blogger
Thank You!
First of all, I want to take a moment to thank you for taking the time out of your day to find yourself on my site/blog. It truly means the world to me. Why? Well because it's a cue to myself that the posts that I'm writing might actually be interesting. It's also a sign that people like me DO exist out in the universe! (Praise!)
So let me tell you a bit about myself, and what inspired me to finally kick off this blog.
I’m a seasoned nurse in my late twenties who has been through many changes; both personally and professionally. I’m very interested understanding about the experiences of others, reading about the lessons learned, and celebrating memorable achievements.
I currently live in Toronto (been in this concrete city for about three years now), but have moved many times in my life. I hated moving, with a passion! Until I discovered that moving around has allowed me to enrich my sense of culture and understand different lifestyles. I'm humbled by it, and I feel an entirely new appreciation for my life.
All in all, I’ve thought about writing a blog since spring 2017, and it took me well over six months to build this site. I hope my posts will interest at least one person. To me that will be satisfying enough.
I love to learn from others and share stories, and I invite others to learn from my own personal and professional experiences. I invite all to see the beautiful hidden gems in life, to see through tough obstacles, and to inspire any and all individuals to never underestimate themselves. I encourage you to get out of your comfort zones, discover your inner peace and balance it within the inevitable chaos of life. To embrace all that is new, and appreciate all that is old. As a woman, wife, caregiver, victim, student, mother, sister, daughter... I've worn, and continue to wear many hats. This blog is part of revealing my story.
